Registration Form and fees are due one month prior to each meeting.   There will be a $50.00 late charge for each applicant if monies are received late.  Late payment of fees does not guarantee a seat in the next training session. Cancellations prior to the cut off date will receive a full refund minus $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after the cut off date are not allowed; however, substitutions are welcome at any time.

*** IMPORTANT*** Payment for class should be accompanied with the following material (if you will be requesting additional help and understanding in those areas listed.)  If you are comfortable with the areas listed below no additional material will need to be mailed.If you intend to mail us any items for review, please do not pay online, please include your check with your materials. Materials recieved without payment enclosed will not be reviewed! This policy is in place to prevent people from signing up, sending materials for review and then not paying for the class.

I need assistance with training contracts - I will send three (3) blank copies of our cemetery’s contract for training.
I need assistance with PC and Merchandise Trust Contracts - I will send three different completely filled-out contracts for training and review.  (PC and Merchandise Trust)
I need assistance with General Price Lists - I will send a copy of our General Price List. ( If you do not have one, you may be in violation of the law.  If you need assistance with this procedure, bring your price book to class and we will review.)
